Uploading your first product
Step-by-step guide to creating a product listing, uploading files, and sending it for review.
New products are submitted for review before going live. The process typically takes 1–3 business days.
Create a new product
- 1Open your vendor studio and go to Products → New product.
- 2Enter the product title, slug (URL identifier), and select the correct category.
- 3Write a short description (shown on cards) and a full description (shown on the product page — supports rich text).
- 4Upload a thumbnail image (recommended: 1200×800 px, JPG or PNG).
- 5Upload the main product file (ZIP, up to 500 MB).
- 6Set your price and, optionally, a sale price and sale end date.
- 7If you offer both Standard and Extended licenses, enable Extended license and set its price.
- 8Add tags, compatible software versions, and your version number.
- 9Click Create & Send for Review.

Tip: A well-written description with screenshots or a demo video significantly increases your conversion rate. Show exactly what buyers are getting.
After submission
Your product status changes to Under review. You can track the status in Products. If rejected, you will receive a reason and can fix the issues and resubmit.
