Setting the right price for your product
Guidance on pricing, sale prices, Standard vs Extended pricing, and staying competitive.
Pricing is one of the most important decisions for your product. Too high and you lose buyers; too low and you undervalue your work (and signal low quality).
Pricing guidelines by category
| Category | Typical Standard price | Typical Extended price |
|---|---|---|
| UI Kits / Templates | €15 – €49 | €80 – €200 |
| WordPress Themes | €29 – €79 | €150 – €400 |
| Plugins / Scripts | €9 – €39 | €50 – €150 |
| 3D Assets | €5 – €49 | €40 – €200 |
| Fonts | €9 – €29 | €49 – €149 |
| Sound / Music | €5 – €19 | €29 – €99 |
Sale prices
You can set a sale price and an optional sale end date. When active, the original price appears crossed out and a 'Sale' badge appears on the product card. Sales can increase visibility significantly — consider running one when you launch or update a major version.
Extended license pricing
The Extended license should be priced at 3–10× the Standard price. Buyers who choose Extended are typically agencies or SaaS companies who will generate significant revenue from your work — price accordingly.
Tip: Study the top-selling products in your category before setting your price. Underpricing is the #1 mistake new vendors make.
