Platform fees explained
How Creattus calculates fees, what they cover, and how to reach Pro and Elite tiers.
Creattus charges a percentage of each sale as a platform fee. This fee covers payment processing, hosting, CDN delivery, fraud protection, and marketplace operations.
Fee tiers

| Elite | €10,000 lifetime net sales | 20% | 80% |
Tier upgrades happen automatically — no application needed. Your tier is shown in vendor studio → Settings.
What the fee includes
- Stripe and PayPal payment processing (typically 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction, covered by Creattus).
- File hosting and global CDN delivery.
- Fraud detection and chargeback protection.
- Marketplace promotion and marketing.
- CRTS license infrastructure.
- 24/7 platform maintenance.
Tip: There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or fees for rejected products. You only pay when you sell.
