Product review and moderation

Every product submitted to Creattus is manually reviewed before it goes live. This ensures quality for buyers and protects vendor reputation.

What we check

• File integrity — the ZIP extracts without errors and contains all promised files.
• Documentation — a README or setup guide is included.
• Preview images — accurate, high quality, and not misleading.
• Description — clearly explains what the product does and what's included.
• Code quality (for code-based assets) — no obfuscated malware, no hardcoded credentials.
• Originality — not a resale of a free or third-party asset without proper rights.
• Correct category and tags.

Common rejection reasons

• Missing or insufficient documentation.
• Preview images don't match the actual product.
• Price is too low or too high relative to the category.
• Product title or description is misleading.
• Files are incomplete or broken.
• Duplicate of an existing product on the marketplace.

After rejection

1. 1Read the rejection reason in your product edit page (shown as a red banner).
2. 2Fix the identified issues.
3. 3Click Save & Send for Review to resubmit.
