Getting your invoice
How to download a PDF invoice for any purchase, and what to do if your billing details need correcting.
Creattus generates a downloadable invoice for every completed order. Invoices include your billing name, address, tax ID (if provided), itemised products, and totals.
Download an invoice
- 1Go to My account → Purchases.
- 2Find the order you need.
- 3Click the Invoice button next to the product item.
- 4The invoice downloads as an HTML file that prints cleanly to PDF from any browser (File → Print → Save as PDF).
Missing billing details
If your billing details are incomplete, clicking Invoice will open a modal where you can fill them in. After saving, the invoice downloads automatically. Your details are saved for future purchases.
Note: Invoices reflect the billing details on file at download time. If you need a corrected invoice (e.g. wrong VAT number), update your billing details in Settings and download again — the new download overwrites the previous record.
VAT and tax
Creattus currently charges a flat price with no VAT added at checkout (prices include any applicable tax). If your jurisdiction requires a tax-specific invoice format, please contact support with your order number and requirements.
