Checkout process explained

What happens at each step of the checkout — account, billing, and payment.

The Creattus checkout is divided into three steps to keep the process clear and secure.

Step 1 — Account

You must be signed in to complete a purchase. If you already have an account, click Sign in and enter your email and password. New customers can create an account in the same step — it only takes seconds and no separate verification is required before checkout.

Step 2 — Billing details

Billing details are used to generate your invoice. If you have saved billing details in your account settings, this step collapses automatically. You can edit at any time by clicking the Edit link.

Tip: For VAT-exempt purchases in the EU, enter your company VAT number in the Tax ID field. This will appear on your invoice.

Step 3 — Payment

Choose PayPal or credit/debit card. The total shown includes the selected license price. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay. After clicking Pay, you are redirected to PayPal or Stripe to complete the transaction securely.

After payment

You are redirected back to Creattus with a confirmation page showing your order number, license key(s), and a download button. A confirmation email is also sent immediately to your billing email address.
