Setting up Stripe Connect
Connect your Stripe account to receive vendor payouts — requirements and step-by-step guide.
Stripe Connect is the payout mechanism for Creattus vendors. It is free to set up and required before your products can be published.
Requirements
- A valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID).
- A bank account or debit card in a supported country (40+ countries).
- Your legal name and date of birth.
- For businesses: company registration number and registered address.
- Tax identification number (varies by country).
Setup steps
- 1In your vendor studio, click Settings → Payouts → Connect Stripe.
- 2You are redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow.
- 3Enter your personal or business details as prompted.
- 4Add your bank account (IBAN for EU, routing/account number for US).
- 5Stripe verifies your identity — this usually takes minutes but can take up to 2 business days.
- 6Once approved, your vendor dashboard shows Stripe: Active.
Supported payout countries
Stripe Connect payouts are supported in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and more.
Tip: If your country is not listed, you may be able to use a Stripe-compatible payment partner or a verified business address in a supported country. Contact support to explore options.
